20 – Black Mold, Bare Wood, Stinky Walls – oh my!

Tons of demo in the dining room! Piles of debris on the floor! Ron wanted to only take dopwn part of the sheet rock – but found the nasty black mold again so we took it all down – ceilings and walls. More work, but definitely worth it. Same with Kitchen – the demo is complete! Demo in Bathroom – toilet, sink and tub have been removed. New construction dumpster has arrived and is already nearly full! Backyard jungle before I clean it up! Close up of attice fan motor and fan housing.
