Last week we were treated to a new exposé of just how fraudulent and shallow and meaningless ”Support Our Troops” is on the lips of those in charge of spending the half a trillion dollars of taxpayers’ money that the Pentagon eats every year.

The Washington Post published an exposé, complete with photographs, revealing that for every inpatient who’s getting the best medical treatment that money can buy at the main hospital at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, there are 17 outpatients warehoused in quarters unfit for human habitation.

Some of the military outpatients are stuck on the Walter Reed campus, a couple of miles from the White House and the Capitol, for as long as 12 months. They’ve been living in rat and roach-infested rooms, some of which are coated in black mold.

I have a black mold problem in the house I’m renting. The landlord/owner doesn’t want to take care of the full situation. He plans on replacing one wall in the house that’s it. He isn’t beinging in a professional to test the rest of the house nor is a professional going to be replacing this wall. I have put my foot down for the entire house to be tested and they won’t budge. Without going to court for health violations I wanted to know if there was some sort of landlord-tenant mediation center we can go to. I live in Costa Mesa, CA please any information would help
Im trully looking for information on a landlord-tenant mediation center If one exsists. I already know the actions needed to be taken to fix the problem and all the legal matters on it.

While making a routine stop at Bagel Boss in Port Washington I saw something gross in the walk-in. On my next stop I had my camera. This is what I saw. Now try not to barf.

The workers try and do the right thing and toss out the old and moldy, but the store manager goes dumpster diving to pull the garbage out and put it back into rotation. It was learned that she gets a commission for the sales. The less she needs to spend, the higher the gross and her commission.

I have seen containers there that are not Kosher. I thought Bagel Boss was a Kosher place?

We have to wonder who is the manager paying off to look the other way.
