Black Mold

a plumber installed a vent pipe (a 2-3 inch verticle pipe that helps the main drian pipe breath easier thus it drians better) it is about 10 feet above the small section of carpet that gets mold.

There is no scene leak or dripping, how could this vent pipe cause this or is it just a councidence.

I cleaned the 6X6 inch area with a cleaning spray with bleach, it went away for about 4 months and now its back.

It is black and brown mold that does not stink.

should I call a professional mold remover or will he blow this out of proportion.

should I just clean it every 4 months and what with, pure bleach?
I think I found it, when the plumber put the vent in, he also put in a new toilet. He didnt tighten the hose to the toilet tight enough. It didnt drip until enough moisture collected on the bottom of the hose, which took hours.

I put a bowel under the hose and in two days had about 3 drops of water.

I live in an old house (probably built around 1940) located in Connecticut. Older homes like mine usually have layers of wallpaper sealed on every inch of the house. It has been raining heavily during this summer and the rain is leaking through my window. The water gets between the wallpaper and the wall causing the wallpaper to peel. I teared off some wallpaper a few weeks ago and found this black fuzzy mold that is kind of chalky. It rained today and I teared off some more wallpaper and it looks like this mold or mildew is growing up my wall. Does anyone know what this is and should I be worried?

I have had mold in my basement. It is very black in color and mushrooms are growing in places. I heard that here can be Phisical and psyological side effects of having this? Is it really hurting me and my son? P.S. I have someone fixing the problem, but I am still woried.
