Are there any organizations that will provide aid to low income families affected by black mold in Virginia?

I know of a family in VA that needs potentially toxic black mold to be removed from their home before it spreads; however, they are a low income family in a hollar and would never be able to afford the costs. Are there any organizations that would help fund the removal. Repairs/Replacement of effected areas would not have to be included.
