It’s been 8 years and I’m still struggling with some problems. The faster you get out the better off you will be. Some people remove themselves from the mold and recover in a few days, a few weeks, a few years. It just depends on your biochemistry, the molds you are being exposed to, the level of exposure, how are you being exposure, how long are you being exposed. The health problems are also a huge variable depending on all of the above. Lot’s of variables involved. Get out if you can.

Black mold happens mainly because of the construction industry’s obsession with making energy efficient homes. Let me tell you something…if you have drafts in your home (leaky windows, doors, attics, not so great insulation, leaky ductwork) DON’T FIX THEM. If you ever have a watter issue ANYWHERE in your home, those leaks will relieve any moisture buildup in your home (will let your home breath) & it will stop mold growth…
I have been helping people with mold issues for over 10 years

This hit close to home for me. My husband and I have lost everything to mold. Our brand new home became so infested we were forced to abandon it almost 2 years ago. Our children were very sick and we still suffer from the effects today. Nobody really understands what it like unless it happens to them. Please see this movie and tell everyone. Many people are suffering and largely being ignored. Thank you Michael Roland!

This film exposes the devastation to one’s health and life that living in a moldy house or apartment, or occupying a moldy school or workplace can have. The doctors are ignorant of this because the CDC is not watching out for emerging illnesses like they are supposed to. One major announcement by them to the nation’s physicians, such as was made with AIDS and SARS and solutions would start to flow forth. Now that there is a new head of most of our health agencies we can contact them and educate.

This was put together very well. Thank you so much for airing it to TRY and expose the truth about the black mold. There is so much truth to this story. The officials should be arrested in my case. They have broken the law! And this is breaking us; in every way possible. It’s just WRONG!

I am in progress of Beginning a petition to lay on the Governments desk before this coming January 2009 in Washington. I will dedicate my life for this cause. Maybe this is my reason for being here now. It was too close a call for me / I guess It was not my time yet.
