You may have seen black mold and know what black mold is, but aren’t sure about black mold health risks, black mold toxic properties, and black mold allergy affects.

 

A young healthy person may not show any signs of being affected by black mold toxic properties. The following groups may show black mold health symptoms and black mold allergy symptoms:

 

  • Infants
  • Young children
  • Immune-compromised
  • Elderly
  • Cancer patients
  • Asthmatics

 

A house should have a black mold inspection to assure the above groups don’t have black mold health issues from living in a home with black mold.

 

For healthy individuals, there still may be a black mold health risk. Even healthy individuals may have varying levels of intolerance to black mold toxic properties and could develop symptoms. Those who are healthy and regularly exposed to black mold, should be aware of the health risks and symptoms.

 

Those living in a home with black mold and allergies may have some of their symptoms worsen as long as they live in the home. The symptoms from exposure may subside when out of the home for extended periods of time.

 

Businesses tend to have untreated black mold problems. Since the exposure may be limited, there is nothing done about black mold toxic affects on employees until someone gets very sick and or starts to speak up.

 

To clean black mold professionally may be cost prohibitive for a small business. There is also the fear the problem may be bigger and costlier than they expect.

 

Black mold allergy health risk is very high for those suffering from asthma. Black mold toxic affects can cause increased need for an asthmatic suffer to use inhalers or need to increase other allergy medicine because of the of black mold health risk.
