My cat is vomiting could it be mold?

For the past year I have been real ill and even went blind for a little bit. When I was able to see again I saw mold growing up my wall. My cat has been vomiting 2 or 3x per week. Can mold be toxic to a cat? it doesnt sound like she has respiratory problems.

Can black mold spores hurt my cat?

While away I lock my cat in a little ‘cat room’, an 8×8 extra bedroom in my apartment. There is a china cabinet in there he loves to hide under. I took apart the cabinet and found the entire wall behind it was covered in fuzzy black mold from a leak our neighbors had months ago. The apartment is taking care of it, but do I need to be concerned for my cats health? He hasn’t shown any odd symptoms at all.
