So does Velveeta mold or not?

I keep reading online that Velveeta doesn’t mold, and before now, we’ve never had a problem with it molding.
In these last few months, it always has some mold on it! Of course it can just be cut away.
Any idea why this is such a recent change though?

Using a chocolate mold: What type of chocolate?

I am going to use a chocolate/candy/soap mold to make some chocolate things. I know how to melt the chocolate and everything. My question is what kind of chocolate do I use? Chocolate bars, bakers chocolate? Can I use chocolate chips to melt into the mold? What would be the cheapest thing to do? I am not concerned with the taste as much as I am the price.

How much icing and cake mix do I need to use in/for the guitar mold?
