Black Mold

My Room is been attacked by Toxic Mold, Even spreading to the entire flat now, Wardrobe, bed and carpet smells of mold and damp plus it damages our cloth, property and the great impact on our Health.we have cleaned and bleached it, four times in 3 month now, but still coming back. People have advice us to move out of the flat immediately because of my six month old baby. She would not sleep at night and get very uncomfortable mostly in the Night and get sick some times, I cant afford to get another flat at the moment because am not working and my partner is back full time in the University. we got the flat from Agency which they are happy to let us end our contract at anytime.
My only option is to get a Council Flat, I have given the Council, letter from my doctor and even took picture of my room with the mold spread. How long do I need to be on the list to get a flat.
I really need help and kind of confuse

I just went to get my daughter up from her nap, and something inside me told me to open the blinds which I normally have shut. It’s a good thing I did, because her window frame is COVERED with black mold! What can I use to clean it? Or should the window be replaced now? What can I do to prevent it from happening again? I’ve noticed it’s starting to happen to the window in our bedroom too,but it’s not nearly as bad and it’s only on a ledge out of my range of sight, otherwise I would have noticed it sooner and checked my daughter’s window sooner, too. I’m really worried because I know mold spores can be in the air and I don’t want my daughter getting sick!!

I know this is more of a cleaning question, but you all give such good answers and it involves my baby’s health!
We own our home. We’ve lived here for 2 years and this is the first I’ve seen of mold anywhere. The house is also only 15 years old.
Oh, I should mention that we had an Eco-Energy assessment done 5 months ago and our house is very energy-efficient, not loosing heat, and not letting in cold. Could it be that we have heat in the house and creating condensation on the window from the cold weather outside?

My husband and I rented this house in July, and we thought it would be perfect to raise our daughter in. We found out the owner rented it out illegally,, without a license and without it being inspected. We found out today our house has black mold, and the tester said it looked it it has been there for at least 5 years. The owner doesn’t want to fix it, because the city said it would be easier to have the place condemned than fixed. I’m concerned about my new baby. she wheezes a lot. I also read where exposure can cause lung bleeding. I’m taking her to the doctor in the morning, but I’m worried about the long term health problems she is going to have. Did anyone have this problem, and the kids turned out to be very healthy. Other than the wheezing she seems to be fine.
We’re actually getting evicted because the owner’s mad we had the place tested for it, and we’re calling a lawyer in tomorrow and suing.
