Homemade hard candy molding?

Does anyone know of a way to make a hard candy mold, that wouldn’t be toxic, or melt under extreme temperature? I have been wanting to make a good, Crystal looking candy. Like a cut quartz stone, only the way crystal making goes, it’s always small and cluster filled, and not to pretty. So I thought of making a mold of a crystal like shape, then just make the candy out of that.

Thanks!

I’m cooking dinner tonight and I’m going to make garlic bread, I planned on using fresh garlic and I knew I had one left over so I didn’t buy any at the store
The problem is, when I cut the side off the garlic there was this dirty substance in it, and I googled black mold on garlic and it seems to be promonet in garlic and onion.
My question is, is it still safe to eat? Because I can use garlic salt instead. Also, what is this caused from?

Thanks!!!!

does anyone know if ALL the molds that grow on bread are non-toxic, or can some of them harm us?

Is there any substance which prevents food from molding?

I’d like to know of a substance which is readily available, affordable, non-toxic, and which does not alter the flavor of food. Until just recently, I have been living alone. I use cheese, bacon, celery, frijoles and onions at such low rates that they go moldy on me before I have used them up. Is there something I can place in the storage container which will prevent mold without ruining the taste of the food?
