We had a sewer gas problem and my dad said to buy a one way vent end to screw over the vent pipe in my home. Doesnt this need to be plastic welded? Also is this safe? My roof was leaking for a really long time and I got some black mold/mildew in spots and a boy who was on my roof went through the sheetrock. now i can see black specs on the insulation that is hanging down in my bathroom. I believe some of my insulation is mildewed but the roofers covered it up with plywood and the new roof. I got doulble pane windows and I cant get between them to clean the mold out of them. I am always tired get dizzy alot and have breathing problems. Everyone tells me its in my head. What do you think? please help.

I know someone who has a mold problem in their residence. Apparently some roof shingles came off probably from a storm and water must have leaked into the attic. There is mold growing in two or three different locations throughout the house on the drywall/ceiling. I need some very good advice to give to this person. Thank you very much.

I’ve been exposed to black mold over about a year because ive been cleaning out my grandparents house and the upstairs is filled with it. And over the past 2 monthe i’ve been getting really bad times where i could barely breathe and wheeze alot ive also had really bad pains in my kidney area and top of my side. I was hoping somebody could tell me if this might be from the mold or maybe something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated because its been getting worse and worse. Thanks

There is rapid growth of black mold in the bathroom of our rental house (we are tenants) and we have contacted the landlords several times about it but they have done nothing. How serious is this to our health and is it worth breaking the lease over? I love the house/location but we have 10 months left on the lease and that’s a long time to stick it out.

Also, hiring a lawyer is not in my budget…
I was hoping for a little more details than “very”…thanks.
