We notified our landlord ad the reply was don't put anything by it...we bleached the area and it keeps Comin back,my clothes in the closet are showing sighns of mold. We need this fixed. Or resolved ..inhave had a headache for going on four days in a row. If I leave for a few hours it goes away. We have been home for a few hours and now I'm in bed where the problem with mold is and my headache is back. We need help I'm worried for my 4month old baby's health. We have mold in our apt. Now, after all these years, and relocated . I find a nice place to work, and I'm dealing with mold again, any suggestion of what to do, I'm 53 years of age an now in fear of loosing another job, and to say the least my future medical problems, I have been getting headaches at work, and past it off due to the weather being so hot, until I spotted the mold...Just said to myself Oh My God! Not again... Do I have any rights to sue for my health?
