Some of these conditions have nothing to do with MRI like anemia, diabetes, dehydration, celiac disease.
MRI is not necessary for a diagnosis of polymyalgia rheumatica (note spelling), thyroid disorders, celiac disease, lupus, any of the anemias, diabetes, black mold exposure or dehydration. Except for dehydration, these other disorders are diagnosed by physical exam, patient interview & health history and by labs. Dehydration is evident by observation, vital signs and low output.
