If you have mold alergies or small children, black mold could be dangerous. Health risks are increased during a mold removal or cleaning project due to the high levels of mold spores and dust that become airborne when mold is disturbed. After it is dry, vacuum thoroughly (preferably with a hepa-filtered vac). Then repaint or refinish. Most important, though, is to deal with the moisture problem FIRST before mold removal.
