How do you grow black bread mold on a piece of bread?

I need an example of a zygomycota for my biology project and black bread mold seemed easiest to find, but all I’ve found are instructions on growing Penicillium.

The easiest way is to buy some bread that does not have mold inhibitors added to the dough. Try a bakery that uses organic methods. Cut a slice of the bread and place it in a plastic bag or container that can keep the humidity high. A little dust from the top of the refrigerator may be used as an inoculum. There should be abundant molds appearing in a few days. Look for sporangia that look dark gray or black lollipops.
An alternative source of Zygomycota species is some horse droppings placed in a moist chamber and kept warm and dark for about a week. Zygomycota hyphae are quite large and thread-like.
