Cut a slice of the bread and place it in a plastic bag or container that can keep the humidity high.  A little dust from the top of the refrigerator may be used as an inoculum.  There should be abundant molds appearing in a few days.  Look for sporangia that look dark gray or black lollipops.

An alternative source of Zygomycota species is some horse droppings placed in a moist chamber and kept warm and dark for about a week.  Zygomycota hyphae are quite large and thread-like.</description>
