They are obligated by law to provide you a healthy place to live. Its an actual law so dont let him rip you off. If he wont let you out of the lease fee free then tell him you are taking him to court. Trust me it will get the problem fixed one way or the other. I had the same problem. I got out of the lease and still got reimbursed for health care! Black Mold
