there are 2 ways. first, use a mild liquid dish soap, the anti bacterial kind, in warm water. let them soak a few minutes, then wash lightly with a soft cloth, rubbing in the direction the grooves go, let drip dry, and then wipe down with a lint free dry cloth. The secound wasy is to get some methol alcohol, 40% purity, (not rubbing alcohol) dilute with 1 part alcohol. 3 parts water and spray the records, then wipe dry with a lint free choth. Worked for my friend who owns a used record store. This also helps clean any record before playing.

Bleach water solution on a soft cotton rag. Wet gently and let the solution do the work. Rinse carefully and dry. Try to avoid getting the label wet.

try peroxide, if it foams up, it can kill the mold

stop using plastic covers, the mold probably likes it in there, use paper, it breathes
