    if they are whites i would jsut rewash them in bleach not alot of bleach just a dab. if they are colors i would try soem Febreeze fabric softener in our wash cycle.

    depends on where the smell is coming from the washer? bleach if it is on the clothes and they are colored use color fast bleach

    Ha ha I am famous for this . Wash in hot water & 1 cup baking soda only then throw in the dryer then rewash like you normally would . Somehow throwing it in the drye helps .

    Use Tide with Febreeze… (I think I spelled that wrong!) That stuff is great!!

    Run the clothes through another cycle without the soap and add 1/2 cup of vinegar to the final rinse. Makes the clothes smell better and feel softer too, will also make the washer smell better too

    Don’t feel bad, I’ve done the exact same thing before and more than once! First, you need to take out the smelly laundry and set that aside somewhere and let your washing machine go through one complete wash cycle. You don’t need to add detergent just about a 1/2 cup of bleach. Once that is done then you can throw those smelly cothes back in the washer. If they are whites then you can add bleach along with your detergent. If they are colors then you can use Clorox 2 color safe bleach along with your detergent. That should take care of your problem : )
