Black Mold

Today a tile from the side of my shower popped out and it looks like this black web-like stuff is growing on the inside of it. It doesn’t look like that much but thats only talking about one tile. Two tiles came out (one small and one wide). The wide one has the black web-like stuff all over it and the smaller one doesn’t have anything on it. Behind it looks like wood or something and it’s all black. I think it might be black mold. I heard that after I remove it I should turn on the vent fan in my bathrooms for at least 20 min. after showering to prevent more black mold growing. I don’t know what to do and I’m not sure if its black mold or not. I need help.
They’re not falling off my wall. There has always been these two loose tiles that came off when I my mom was cleaning the bathroom. Thats where I saw it.

I am building a house and noticed that there are black stuff growing sporadically throughout the wood framing within the house. It is growing more and more prevalent. What is it? Is it harmful if allergic to mildew/mold? How can I clean it or remove it from the wood? Did my contractor use substandard wood? Is this common in home construction? I do not want to put up the sheet rock and walls until I understand what this is. My contractor told me not to worry but I fear he’s hiding something.

It may sound weird, but I just moved into a house and I’ve never had a tiled shower before now. Where the water hits the tile when the shower is on the grout is brown/black. I cleaned the tiles and they are sparkling, but the grout looks terrible. Is it mold or mildew? What’s the difference? How do I safely remove and prevent this discoloration? My bathroom is not well ventilated and I have a toddler in the home and am concerned about fumes.

I left my landlord a voice mail already but in the meantime is it really bad if you get cracks in the tub? There’s about 5 small clusters of cracks in the front corner.. the whole corner is covered in some orangeish/reddish stuff (rust??) and the cracks have black stuff .. I just noticed it today
