Black Mold

I bought my house in Oct. 2008. I seen mold growth in the shower immediately. I wasn’t educated on mold so I cleaned it with bleach and continued to do so everytime it came back. I believe the contractor for the bank knew about this mold and covered it up. The mold always starts growing back from the patch work he performed. Now it seems to be spreading into the bedroom. It was not disclosed at the time of purchase. My wife, my son, and myself are all showing symptoms of toxic mold exposure. I don’t even know where to begin.

My unit is only 800 sq. ft that price i ridiculous and now that I know about the black mold should I have a mold inspector come out and investigate my unit, since all the complex did was bleach the mold and paint over it in the unit that had the problem directly underneath me

I have been in my two bedroom apt for 8 months I just found out that there is black mold in the ceiling . since moving here my family has had health problems(headaches respiratory problems ) My littlest son have Asama and this has made it worse. I just found out that I had this black most today.I know that it is in th ceiling and that they would have to take out the drywall.But all the apt did was put bleach on it.Dose anyone know what I can do to get my family out of the situation fast.Anyone know the florida laws on black mold?
