Found black mold on my 6 month old’s window frame?

I just went to get my daughter up from her nap, and something inside me told me to open the blinds which I normally have shut. It’s a good thing I did, because her window frame is COVERED with black mold! What can I use to clean it? Or should the window be replaced now? What can I do to prevent it from happening again? I’ve noticed it’s starting to happen to the window in our bedroom too,but it’s not nearly as bad and it’s only on a ledge out of my range of sight, otherwise I would have noticed it sooner and checked my daughter’s window sooner, too. I’m really worried because I know mold spores can be in the air and I don’t want my daughter getting sick!!

I know this is more of a cleaning question, but you all give such good answers and it involves my baby’s health!
We own our home. We’ve lived here for 2 years and this is the first I’ve seen of mold anywhere. The house is also only 15 years old.
Oh, I should mention that we had an Eco-Energy assessment done 5 months ago and our house is very energy-efficient, not loosing heat, and not letting in cold. Could it be that we have heat in the house and creating condensation on the window from the cold weather outside?

Ok, I have 5 hugh windows, 3 of them have blinds up to them. I noticed mold around the whole windows, black fuzzy stuff and some yellowish. Our windows are not in good shape and we cant afford to replace them because of the size(76 long by 102 wide.) We do have a humidifier on our furnace but its on low. Could the problem be with the blinds?? Along with the windows being old?? My daughter is allergic to mold so I am really worried about this. Would caulking the windows work? And if so, what can I use that would come down easily in the summer?? Theres also water laying in the window ledges. Thanks in advance.
