I moved into an apartment in the past six weeks that I have been told has indoor mold, and it is a campus apartment, so there are probably a number of other pollutants that are in the room. About four weeks ago, I have started to get irritated at things that I have never gotten irritated before and have been short with people. I also have been easier to get sick (I normally never get sick) as the last two colds that went by the apartment I recieved. I was wondering if anyone has heard about these indoor pollutants causing someone to become easily irritated, for I have been out of the apartment for about 48 hours now, and My head feels clear and I can think better… I thought this might be an explination, but wasn’t sure if it was even possiable for someone to “act differently” just because of mold (by the way, it’s Black Mold that’s in the air vent the blows on me every night) when I sleep if that helps)…

How do you know if you have black mold? having, stiff neck, sore throat, chills, keeps catching colds?

The terms are in the same sentence because mold symptoms are very similar to cold symptoms. It can also be said that mold and colds are said together because black mold can create problem in the immune system. The bodies lack of antibodies from the mold symptoms will a breakdown in the system.

The common black mold symptoms and every day colds are created by having to many harmful toxins in the body. Since mold toxins are know to cause fungisitis, which is known as mold in the nose. Colds become a everyday symptom. After the body creates an excessive amount of mucas to fight the spores, the mucas will contain spores that can be harful to the body, especially if comprimised by health problems. Aspergillus and stachybotrys are very popular and known to cause mold and colds. Stachybotrys and aspergillus are very common house hold molds that can grow indoors, if not correctly managed they can pose a health problem.

If one is looking to prevent mold correctly, be sure to correct any water damage problems and do not let them drag on. If any water damaged drwall or indoor had been not remediated correctly and immediately, it is very common that you may have black mold on growing on the surface of the walls in the coming months.. Once the mold spores grow on the surfaces, the spores can liberate into the air which humans can inhale. By inhaling these spores mold and colds are commonly referred together.

With colds, usually it is from immunity problem, stress, or over working and quite a few other things. When there is mold spores inside the body this causes more work for the body causing one to get sick. The toxic mold spores decreae the bodies immune system and more than usual you will find a cold to come around. Your nose will begin to get stuffy and you may have some excess mucas. The surest thing to do is discuss the symptoms with a doctor and you could also look into an natural cleaner for mold or hiring a certified mold inspector to look at the area, they will then write protocols for a qualified mold remediation and decontamination company.
