I live on the third floor in an apartment building. Few years ago, part of my shower wall broke and expose the inner wall. The maintain people didn’t show up till a month or more. In that month period, I did try to cover it but one day water seep through the hole causing water damage to the second floor and than again but worst water damage to the first floor. The maintain people did a crappy job on the shower wall because they didn’t look for mold, which most people know any water not dry within 48 hour most likely u get mold and they didn’t seal around the bathtub right because water seep through cause farther damage. I keep complaining about the bathtub is sinking but no one believe me…all they did and put more sealing around the bathtub but water always seep in. I keep saying the mold eating the wood supporting the bathtub….Now after years later I was taking a shower and hear a noise and saw the crack in the corner of my bath tub just got bigger and I felt the tub is now a little more slanted. I put a complain in tonight and hopefully they will fix it and do a good job.

Now I stressed out wondering how are they going fix it?
Is it going to affect my neighbors?
What if there toxic mold?

Is there a way to repair a leak in a fish pond that would not be toxic to the fish?

it’s one of those pre-molded black plastic fish ponds that you can buy at Home Depot and it’s developed a leak somewhere. So I need to empty it, clean it it, dry it, repair the ***** or leak, and then let that set and dry, then refill it and put the fish back in. I don’t want to use something that would be toxic to the fish.
