Black Mold

We were not notified about this when we agreed to purchase the house, and now its kinda bad. I have been sick off and on more than EVER in my life and I think this is the cause.

Especially, in the lower zones like Malabon, are wood framed homes at high risk? The home I am worried about was flooded 2 or 3 times just this year alone (about 10cm deep in the house). Is this black mold a common health threat there? What are the symptoms of being exposed to the spores continuosly in high amounts?

I recently removed rotted wet wood from under kitchen sink. That same night I had trouble sleeping and was coughing alot. I also swept up alot of dust from that area but wasn’t using a dust mask. I typically will have respiratory problems when sweeping alot of dust but this was such a small area so I didn’t think it was necessary. Now I don’t know if I have been exposed to mold or if my allergy like symptoms are from sweeping the dust. I have slight nasal congestion, cough for 2 days that have been improving but there was some wheezing after first 24 hours. How long does it take for mold symptoms to show up and are these symptoms of toxic/black mold?
