My hives went away when I left my apt and mold was cleared out. 6 days later i have hives again. ?

The only difference is I wore a shirt that had not been washed that was left in the apartment when I relocated. Could wearing a shirt that may have accumulated some of the black mold by being out in the open cause a full-body reaction or is there still a possibility mold is still in the apartment. The delay of another reaction is what is throwing me off.
