would you help me with my HOMEWORK PLEASSEE?

Esther Arias asked:

Black mold has become a dreaded problem for many homeowners. This mold can cause severe problems for people with allergies or respiratory conditions. Once this toxic mold has been diagnosed, people are often ordered to vacate their homes until cleaning companies come in and rid the house of all mold spores. Companies that clean mold are reaping thousands of dollars every time they diagnose the problem. Because the business is unregulated, companies are free to charge enormous rates for the mold cleanup and there is no guarantee that they fixed the problem. Insurance companies are at the mercy of the diagnosis because failure to pay can result in enormous liability problems. Homeowners have been displaced for months on end because of the wrangling between insurance companies and cleaning companies.
A) Cleaning companies must conform to government regulations and inspections while performing their services.
B) Black mold is probably not as serious a problem as some are saying it is.
C) Insurance companies may feel that they are being unfairly charged for the cleaning costs of mold.
D) Insurance companies shouldn’t pay for something they feel is unfairly priced.

I am 30 and live with my father due to things that happened to me financially. I have lived on my own before with my own place so it’s not like I’ve always lived with him. Right now I have a job that I like and it pays decent ($32k a yr). I take him about $1,000 every 2 weeks. My question is..do I stay living with my father or move out now into my own apartment? I have mixed emotions on this since I am afraid of moving into another apt that has toxic mold in it and also I am single and have 2 dogs that I will be walking at night at the apt. I am not really saving money right now since I eat out all the time since I don’t have a kitchen in the place I stay in. I have a car payment, car insurance, gym membership, phone bill, etc. I don’t date any guys since I live with my dad (how embarrassing-I couldn’t bring any guy home with me that’s for sure). I am hesitant to move because I don’t know if I can make it financially. What do you think? Please help I can’t decide :(
take him is supposed to be take home lol

My uncle said they will rip up the floor in the kitchen and then the wall, to see where it is coming from, it has just started and was on the lower part of one wall and then the floor, how long should it take to replace everything? Because I will have to go to a hotel, the insurence will pay, they wont have to start over on the house right? it would throw of my righting of my book and other things this year.

I went into my attic to investigate a leak I discovered over the weekend and found black mold in the opposite side of the attic. I’m concerned that my homeowner’s insurance will drop me if I report the problem, can someone help me out here. I don’t know how to handle this.
