Black Mold

Toilet seat broke about a week later after the they had replace it. That bathtub looks like its rotting away and also black mold. Never been in apartment where they had to many problem. Dont we all want live in our place in peace not constant thing happening.

All of the faucets, shower heads, drains, and toilets have black, slimy mold growing on them. I’ll replace a shower head and in 4-6 months its right back. I think its giving me an allergy as well. Any way to stop this or will I just have to live with it?
My original question wasn’t very clear. The plumbing fixtures in the entire house have black mold, not just in the shower or the bathroom. The kitchen sink and drains have it; even the Britta water pitcher gets it after a while.
