My mother is a teacher and was exposed to black mold for well over 15 years in a public school in Pennsylvania. She has had allergies her whole life, and since she was exposed to black mold for so many years she has MANY illnesses that will NEVER go away.
She is loosing her memory, always sick, chronic sinus infections, always tired, and not herself.

The school district that she works in was NOT following her doctors strict instructions to correct my mother’s chronic illnesses and instead the school district decided to transfer her to another school and DID NOT correct the issue at the school where she taught. She consulted a lawyer and the lawyer said she does not have a case at all. I just find that SO hard to believe considering how terminal these illnesses can be!!

My mom is not the same person that she was. It is so hard to look in her eyes and know that she is always ill. I have had MANY discussions with her only to find that the next day she forgot that she even talked to me the day before.

She can’t even afford to take an early retirement and she really needs to because she is so sick.

If you can site a bill or law passed in Pennsylvania to mandate ANY LAWS for toxic mold AT ALL .. I will give 10 points to that person with the BEST reference.

Please help because no one else seems to want to help and I don’t know what to do anymore!
