I found black mold in my apt when I was moving out. Now it was in my closet and in the walls between my bedroom and frontroom. My daughter has asthma and during the time that we lived there she was consistintly in and out of the doctors office because her asthma had gotten so bad. Is there anything that we can do about this?

If you are moving out then you are moving on from this… or are you looking to file against your landlord?

Take a deep breath and relax … oh wait. Just move on in in the future get some mold inspections.

To be honest your lucky…. She only had bad asthma from the black mold which is bad itself but not bad compared to what else black mold can due to you which is make you sick for a very long time and fatal.

Next time you go to your doctor tell them of your findings this is highly important so the doctor will know, tell your landlords of the black mold and also make a note with the health dept. BLACK MOLD is takin SERIOUSLY and they will check it out.
