What that black thing that sticks on your toilet bowl and it float on the water?

I got that black thing on top of the toilet but in the toilet bowl and when i flush the toilet some of it start pouring down it look like mold or something i don t know bleach will kill it or do i have to clean it. it float on top of the water and some sticks. isn’t bad to leave it there. i hope your know what i talking about?

are you talking about the ball valve or ballcock,it stops the water when the sistern is full
are youin a big city? or i a town with ceptic tanks……chances are you would need your septic tank pumped…..does it come from the toilet tank? i really can’t be sure what answer would be right. try bleach in tank before flushing, about a half of cup.
try cleaning it out with bleach. or contact a plumber.
yes it’s mold and bleach will take care of it for awhile , you should get some tidy bowl or the round things you put in the tank.
Toilets must be washed periodically.
